Acoustic sanctuary & sound healing
Find deep
stillness
Slow, resonant vibration to calm an overstimulated nervous system, release muscular holding, and restore emotional equilibrium. Held with reverence and gentle care.

What is sound healing
In plain words
Sound healing is an ancient and modern acoustic practice where you rest comfortably on supportive mats wrapped in warm linens while hand-hammered singing bowls, pure quartz vessels, and gentle chimes are played around and over you.
The sustained harmonic frequencies bypass active mental chatter, offering your nervous system a rare invitation to down-shift into deep, effortless somatic recovery. You leave feeling lighter, clear-headed, and profoundly rested.

Slows the breath
Long, low fundamental tones naturally elongate exhalations, triggering the relaxation reflex.
Releases physical tension
Acoustic waves travel through muscle and fascia, releasing stored holding patterns.
Quiets the mental noise
Layered harmonic overtones give an overactive mind a gentle anchor to let go into.
Acoustic physiology
The science of sound & rest
Sound healing is not purely subjective. Resonant acoustic frequencies directly interface with your autonomic nervous system, shifting biological markers from chronic stress into deep cellular restoration.
Vagus Nerve Regulation
Low-frequency acoustic vibrations stimulate the auricular branch of the vagus nerve, sending immediate biological safety cues to the brain. Heart rate variability increases, blood pressure normalizes, and cortisol drops.
Brainwave Entrainment
The brain naturally synchronizes with the rhythmic pulsation of singing bowl overtones (frequency following response), down-shifting from hyper-vigilant Beta (14–30 Hz) into relaxed Alpha (8–12 Hz) and restorative Theta (4–8 Hz).
Somatic Fluid Resonance
Because the human body is roughly 60% water, sound waves travel four times faster through muscle, fascia, and fluid than air. This creates an internal acoustic micro-massage that relieves chronic physical holding.

Slip into comfortable organic linens, sip warm herbal tea, and gently settle onto supportive cushions as we discuss your intentions.
Opening the Sonic Field
High-frequency tingsha bells and clearing chimes quiet peripheral mental chatter, signaling safety to the nervous system.
Deep Harmonic Immersion
Multi-layered bronze singing bowls and quartz vessels played at progressive intervals bathe your senses in rich resonant waves.
Gentle Re-entry & Tea
Fading tones dissolve into sacred silence. A soft chime welcomes you back, followed by grounding tea and reflective stillness.

No. Sound healing supports relaxation and wellbeing. It complements, and does not replace, medical care.
What do I wear and bring?
Comfortable, loose clothing and a light layer. Mats, bolsters and blankets are provided.
Do I need experience with meditation?
Not at all. You just lie or sit comfortably and listen. Drifting off is completely fine.
